Positive results are our goal, and that is why we maintain an open line of communication with all of our existing and potential clients, answering any questions that you may have through phone calls and e-mail. Only through proper understanding can we progress towards a satisfactory goal of treating your chronic skin condition.

There is currently no cure for psoriasis, furthermore, anyone promising to sell you an overnight remedy or cure is lying to you. However, there are treatments that can guide your symptoms into remission and Skin-Tech's family of treatments have accomplished this for over 250,000 chronic skin sufferers in the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, China, India, and Europe. It is also important to understand that what works for one person may not work for another, and that what has worked well in the past may not work well for you now. This is the nature of the condition, and is also because of the multitudes of factors surrounding any treatment whatsoever, be it clinical, over-the-counter (OTC), or otherwise.

Because Skin-Tech services a great number of clients, and because we all want to achieve the maximum benefit of the treatments, we have established the following policies:

Within 60 days (of invoice date) of as-directed treatment, you should know if that particular treatment is bringing you relief. If you feel that your treatment is not working, call us toll-free within that 60-day timeframe for advice - the solution may even be as simple as a slight alteration in the application of your treatment. Because each individual situation will vary, after proper counsel with you, we will approve one of the following:

• First Time Clients / Initial Orders: We will exchange (replace) the used treatment for an alternate treatment, as available. We have several different formulas to choose from and sometimes it is just a matter of establishing the most effective for you.

• Existing Clients / Re-Orders: In some cases your condition, while experiencing positive results for an extended period of time, may become temporarily "immune" to your current treatment. As such, it may be necessary to change directions towards a different formula. In light of this, we will recognize your patronage and apply an equitable merchandise credit from your last order towards the purchase of an alternate formula.
